Can recruit change MOS in bootcamp?
My son is currently at Parris Island, will graduate 12/2/11. He is wantingto change his MOS from infantry to something else, is this possible and how wouldhe go about it? any help is appreciated?

Ususally, no. If he is infantry, then he is set to go to ITB, not MCT.

Who would he or I contact to see if it's possible at all? Isn't there a "request for personal action" form that can be completed? But no idea where to get it.

He would need to talk to his recruiter when he gets home, or his DI while he is at boot camp. It's not something that you can do for him!

Marines can not change their MOS while at MCT. However, no MOS is every guaranteed and the needs of the Corps makes it possible for the USMC to change the MOS of their Marines to meet those needs....
